Pricing and Terms of Sale
All computer prices or specifications are subject to change without notice. This price list is a quotation only and is not an order or offer to sell. No contract for sale will exist unless one of the following occur:
- a purchase order has been issued by you and accepted by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC or
- an order is place on-line and accepted by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC or
- a lease agreement has been approved by both the third party financing company and Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC
The prices contained in this list may not be relied upon as the price at which Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC will accept an offer to purchase products unless expressly agreed to by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC in writing.
Computer or accessory specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice. It is your responsibility to verify product conformance to specifications of any subsequent contract.
All products are subject to availability from the manufacturer.
Prices quoted do NOT include applicable taxes. Sales tax will be included on the actual invoice. Products are non-returnable unless approved in writing by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC within 30 days of invoice date. All returned products MUST be in sellable condition with all original packaging included and in sellable condition. Any returned item deemed by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC as below sellable condition, regardless or cause, will be shipped back to the customer at customer’s expens. Those approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Payment terms on open account, unless otherwise stated in writing, shall not exceed 30 days from date of invoice.
Shipping
We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. During the checkout process, the website will automatically apply free shipping for orders to the contiguous US delivery address. Orders outside of the contiguous U.S. must be placed manually through a Triad sales representative and any shipping expense, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. You can also choose a faster shipping method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and charges for orders in other regions will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you choose, item availability, and when you place your order.
Triad cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.
Items containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions limiting the number of batteries included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
